1. What you're getting

C3-Maxxing is an invite-only TradingView indicator that visualizes higher-timeframe structure, 2C2 closures and open reclaims on your chart. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it on your own TradingView account while your subscription is active.

2. Not financial advice

C3-Maxxing is an analysis and charting tool only. It does not provide financial, investment or trading advice, and it does not make buy, sell or hold recommendations. Trading and investing carry substantial risk and you can lose some or all of your capital. Any decision you make is your own and you are solely responsible for it. Visualized signals and past behavior do not predict or guarantee future results.

3. No warranty

The product is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every chart, symbol, broker or TradingView plan.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glyphh and its operators will not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind — including trading or investment losses, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the product or this site. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using it.

5. Payments & cancellation

Billing and subscriptions are handled by our payment provider (Whop). You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which the indicator is removed from your TradingView account. Refunds, where offered, are at our discretion and subject to the provider's policies.

6. Acceptable use

Do not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to copy the indicator or its underlying logic. Access is tied to your account and is for your use only.

7. Changes

We may update these terms, pricing, or the product at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

What we collect

To deliver C3-Maxxing we collect only what's needed: your TradingView username (to grant invite-only access), your email address (for receipts and support), and basic order details. Payments are processed by Whop — we never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

We use your information to provide access to the indicator, process your subscription, deliver support, and communicate about your purchase. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

We rely on a few trusted services to operate: TradingView (delivering the indicator), Whop (payments & subscription management) and Discord (optional community). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses only the cookies necessary for basic functionality, and may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand traffic. We don't build advertising profiles.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data anytime by emailing hello@glyphh.dev. You can cancel your subscription anytime; access is removed at the end of the billing period.

Changes

We may update this policy; any material changes will be reflected on this page.
